Verizon has great service and coverage. People are super pleased with opening an account and purchasing new phones. The gentlemen are great, efficient and patient, and they kept a friendly conversation while helped with the process. The experience is professional, knowledgeable and extra mile, make the transferring of data from one device to another easy but a little time consuming. Everyone would recommend Verizon.

We were super pleased with our service in opening an account and purchasing new phones from Lenoir, NC, service member Wesley with occasional assistance from Storm.
