“I was traveling in NC recently and picked up a nail in tire around 9 am on a Friday. I found Wilson's by luck, as they were the closest to me. I called and asked if they could plug a tire. I believe I was speaking to the owner. He told me they don't plug tires, they patch them, and he could do it before noon. They took me in right away and had the tire patched and back on the vehicle in about 30 minutes for a fair price. He wished me a good trip and we went on our way. Basically saved my trip, or at least saved me a ton of time. The place had an overall good vibe, and he took great care of an out-of-towner. While only a tire repair, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Wilson's.”

“10/10 definitely recommend! I called just hoping they would have time to look at my car before they closed today being that it was Friday. They said I could bring it by really quick and they would try to see what the issue was so that I could at least have peace of mind over the weekend (very kind, because I was freaking out.) They were able to very quickly diagnose the problem and even showed me what it was. They were also nice enough to fix it right then when they didn’t have to, at a very reasonable price. “Steve is the man I had a problem with a tire pole and at no charge he went to the tire rotation fixed that issue let me know when I needed to do to keep the car up to date on maintenance and Steve was also able to inform me that my car has a timing chain not a timing belt which was knowledge I did not know and greatly appreciated NTB is a good mechanic in Steve”

“I usually refer everyone to this place but my last visit (12/12/2025) was less than the stellar service I usually receive . Short story a repair was done incorrectly and damaged my vehicle by causing a pinion bearing to fail. However, they did reach out to me and have made an attempt to make it right for me. They didn’t argue or try to blame it on me. They accepted the blame and asked how to make it right. The visit wasn’t a good one but they took accountability and did what they could to make it right with me.”
“Surprisingly never heard of this place in my 47 years of life in Winston/Clemmons. The power steering went out on my Acura and a friend recommended them as she has done on several occasions. I finally went because apparently lots of places "aren't sure" if they repair power steering until they look at it. Anyways ...the guys at AccuWrench spent the better part of a day checking out my problem. When they called I was sure I had at least a $2,500 expense to deal with, but no! They spent a good deal of time tracking down codes etc and called to let me know that my power steering problem was covered under an extended warranty from Acura. I was BEYOND pleased. I seriously nearly cried. Many mechanics would've repaired my car and taken my money without a second thought. I won't be taking my car anywhere else in the future. Thanks so much!”

My client wanted Rainex window fluid but was told they do not carry it. So I said no problem. They called me a short time later and said they would get it for us and put it in.
