“We stop on a regular basis to get gas for our lawnmower since it is very convenient to our home. However, we had never been inside the store. Today was the day, we filled our gas can and stopped in. The store is clean, organized and has a great variety of convenience store items. We noticed they also sell lottery tickets, coffee and a few hot food items. The young man was friendly and efficient. Great location within the Styers Ferry, Dull Road area.”
“Quick and convenient but watch out for the prices! No telling how many times I over paid! 2 for 4 on door, 2 for 5 at register. Cashier adjusted price but only when I caught it. Other than that I like the store.”

“I don’t usually stop here but have in the past . Yesterday 5/18/24 I stopped to get gas filled my car and went to the screen to get that I wanted my receipt and that screen went away . So I had to walk in . I am in a boot I just sprained my foot. I got to the curb and a worker ran to open the door saying I get that door for you . But then he offered to help me get up on the side walk . After getting inside I had to wait . There was a short line. But another older lady came in that worked there and kindly said I take you . After finding out why I was in there she popped out a card called
Ooops ! Because I had to walk in . It’s for a free drink or coffee !
What kind and good service all around there nice people . Friendly service . Was it because I was in a boot . Maybe but I be going back . You don’t find that anymore. People who care . Thanks for your kinds service to me !”
“Such wonderful customer service provided with hardly any wait! Got 2 cars inspected last week and 1 didn’t pass. The gals up desk were extremely helpful and told me part cost (they would have had to order it) and their labor cost. I found part for less online and took it today for them to replace and re-inspect. All’s good now and it only took 30 minutes since I’d scheduled an appointment. They’re trustworthy, efficient, and speedy!”

“First time buying gas at Sam's we just signed up for a membership. Love the app and barcode scan you use at the pump. Makes getting gas a lot easier. But the cost per gallon is .20 cents less closer to my home. We won't be using this feature too often.”

“Just wanted to let the whole world know about the hearing aid center in Costco in Winston Salem .
I went in to have a hearing test & it was determined that I really needed some help with hearing aid. When I was younger I used to hear a rat pee on cotton . As I got older I was constantly saying talk louder or repeat !
My hearing tech was a fine lady by the name Amanda , My hands were injured about 8 years ago leaving my left had with no feeling in it . I was constantly dropping the hearing aids on floor in mornings & night . (putting them in & taking them out , I told Amanda about this & she suggested molds for hearing aids . She stated that she wanted me happy or complete refund , After 3 months of trying without success I took the hearing aids back to Costco for a full refund ! I just want to say in closing , they treat you like a human being & not a number .
I am convinced that Amanda with hearing wants the customer satisfied or money back ! You know as well as I know that is rare in today’s business world !!”
