βWe stop on a regular basis to get gas for our lawnmower since it is very convenient to our home. However, we had never been inside the store. Today was the day, we filled our gas can and stopped in. The store is clean, organized and has a great variety of convenience store items. We noticed they also sell lottery tickets, coffee and a few hot food items. The young man was friendly and efficient. Great location within the Styers Ferry, Dull Road area.β

βI donβt usually stop here but have in the past . Yesterday 5/18/24 I stopped to get gas filled my car and went to the screen to get that I wanted my receipt and that screen went away . So I had to walk in . I am in a boot I just sprained my foot. I got to the curb and a worker ran to open the door saying I get that door for you . But then he offered to help me get up on the side walk . After getting inside I had to wait . There was a short line. But another older lady came in that worked there and kindly said I take you . After finding out why I was in there she popped out a card called
Ooops ! Because I had to walk in . Itβs for a free drink or coffee !
What kind and good service all around there nice people . Friendly service . Was it because I was in a boot . Maybe but I be going back . You donβt find that anymore. People who care . Thanks for your kinds service to me !β
βFirst time buying gas at Sam's we just signed up for a membership. Love the app and barcode scan you use at the pump. Makes getting gas a lot easier. But the cost per gallon is .20 cents less closer to my home. We won't be using this feature too often.β

βCoffee is good, not what it used to be and don't under any circumstances order the food. There was a time when I would have recommended it to anyone but not any more. Poor quality and shamelessly over priced.β

βI really like coming to this place , this store has been around for many years. However the new owners and Manager have quickly made it apparent this is going to be the best itβs ever been! Oh and Hunt brothers pizza is about to start in a few weeks Iβm told ???? First gas station Iβve ever seen to Deliver pizza I canβt Wait! .Very convenient for the locals! And Wow If you buy a 12 pack you get a free 10Lb bag of ice!! Wow nobody does that..So great for loading up the cooler on the way to the lake. Got to say guys your off to a great start! And Iβm happy to have my go to place for everythingβ
βHad the most amazing experience today at Costco. Drove up to buy Azaleas. Normally they are in the middle of the store. Asked a gentleman and he took me to the outside garden area. I had a regular cart and he went and got me a flat bed. Another gentleman helped me load them as they are the biggest I have ever seen. After shopping and checking out on my way to my van another gentleman helped me unload my purchases. I hit the jackpot with the best service today. Thank you Costco. You have great service but this was far beyond my expectations as busy as the warehouse was.β

βWent in to get gas and a lottery ticket only. Was trying to hurry wasn't able to walk around and check everything out. However the cashier seemed to be nice and polite. He was a good gentleman. If I'm in area again will most definitely visit and shop in againβ

βJust wanted to let the whole world know about the hearing aid center in Costco in Winston Salem .
I went in to have a hearing test & it was determined that I really needed some help with hearing aid. When I was younger I used to hear a rat pee on cotton . As I got older I was constantly saying talk louder or repeat !
My hearing tech was a fine lady by the name Amanda , My hands were injured about 8 years ago leaving my left had with no feeling in it . I was constantly dropping the hearing aids on floor in mornings & night . (putting them in & taking them out , I told Amanda about this & she suggested molds for hearing aids . She stated that she wanted me happy or complete refund , After 3 months of trying without success I took the hearing aids back to Costco for a full refund ! I just want to say in closing , they treat you like a human being & not a number .
I am convinced that Amanda with hearing wants the customer satisfied or money back ! You know as well as I know that is rare in todayβs business world !!β
βLove the atmosphereIt's noticable they are constantly keeping the place clean. a lot of horror movies depict restrooms to be dirty and filled with roaches so my mind was blown wgen I saw how spotless they were! Justin was really nice, I was confused when he handed me a steel sword of a key for the bathroom ?β

βStumbled upon this station to fuel up while driving through! What a gem. Fueled up and went inside and wow, large place with lots of stuff and a full kitchen with chicken and sides that were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and food was good! It was like a family owned truck stop scaled down a bit. Great spot!β

βGreat β½gas station with plenty of pumps right off the busy thoroughfares of Jonestown and Highway 421. The place is well-lit, safe unless late at night, had plenty of snacks and drinks as well as a restroom. Don't sleep on the ice cream and pastries here too.β
βThe manager at this location is very helpful, she is worthy of recognition. Helped me when my car was overheating, she made sure I was able to get my car home. Kathy has some strong customer service skills.β

βThis is the correct location of BP. The other pin in the middle of the road is not the correct location. This place is directly connected to McDonald's and has restrooms on the right hand side if you go through the double doors to access McDonalds. This place is not a school. It is an actual gas station. The workers are behind plexiglass to protect themselves and customers from any potential spread of covid. Every individual that I have seen in the store had a mask, and when the individuals would leave from behind the plexiglass, they would put a mask on to assist the customers if they weren't already wearing one.β
