“Either you get there and there is no line or the line is 10 to 15 people long. It's just dumb luck if you get there and there is no line. Friendly, mostly helpful staff. The most helpful thing is the hours. Other banks are closed but Woodforest is open.”

“I really like this Bank. I opened a couple of business accounts last year but haven't used them much as I'm trying to coordinate my usage of them with a rebranding that I'm doing for my company. However I made my first, large deposit over the weekend via ATM. There's been virtually no activity on the account for months and so the deposit was flagged as suspicious activity.I went into the branch this morning to talk to them about it and much to my surprise and delight, Kelly was already on the phone trying to resolve the matter and had it resolved within minutes.One thing I like about the bank is that everyone there is so friendly and eager to help. Jordan and Kelly really made my morning by proactively assisting me and fixing an understandable system flag.Great bank and great people. I think one thing that really sets them apart is I really feel like they care about me as a client and genuinely want to help my business succeed and my experience with them to be a good one.”
