After getting almost a week of runaround for the Internet device this employee from the location I believe his name is David or Daniel Apologies if I got it wrong but the last three digits of his sales representative number are 230 . He went above and beyond to get this issue resolved for me And I am so grateful because I am pregnant and suffered from severe anxiety He stayed after the Store even closed in made sure that my Internet modem was working before I left. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service. I really really hope that T-Mobile gets more employees like him because he is truly knowledgeable of his job and showed exceptional customer service🙏🙏”
