My phone was also giving me a ton of problems due to full storage and he also gave me amazing advice. Came out with a new phone and a solved problem with my phone bill. “I just wanted to share my experience because this is by far is the best T-Mobile experience I have ever gotten. After getting almost a week of runaround for the Internet device this employee from the location I believe his name is David or Daniel Apologies if I got it wrong but the last three digits of his sales representative number are 230 . He went above and beyond to get this issue resolved for me And I am so grateful because I am pregnant and suffered from severe anxiety He stayed after the Store even closed in made sure that my Internet modem was working before I left. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service. I really really hope that T-Mobile gets more employees like him because he is truly knowledgeable of his job and showed exceptional customer service🙏🙏”
“Well the first guy who helped me after spending 444.50 was having trouble getting into my account. I requested he call Corporate but he said there was nothing he could do. And then Angelica came to the rescue!! She took the time out with me to get the account pin reset and phone was working when I left the store. I also requested that she gets the commission for my sale but Bret stated that it was already in the system. I was going to get a refund and just say forget it but Angelica was an absolute angel. The other guy was rushing to get to the next customer and I just spent almost 500 which made me VERY upset. I felt like I wasn't valued. He was absolutely HORRIBLE and could maybe use some more technical training. Angelica and Bret were awesome! If it weren't for them...I would've paid 444.50 and left the store without any service on either phone. Angelica and Bret need a raise and I really appreciate them!”
