“They're Always great! They make a point to know you when you come in or even call. Every time I e called they know who it is (caller id I'm sure) but they're familiar with our families medication needs and always makes sure to have what we need and already have the authorizations started when needed and everything. The hours are sometimes inconvenient but it's worth the trade off. If ever I have an issue the pharmacist always goes to great links to fix it and make sure I've got what I need until the issue is fixed. Some of the girls who work with him are not as great as he is, like friendliness etc. I'm pretty sure it's all family run.”

“I will fill prescriptions here again if needed. This crew went through some difficulties getting my cat's eye drops transferred to their pharmacy. They did a great job, and it's much appreciated. Please keep in mind, the pharmacists and technicians are very busy and work under a lot of pressure, especially with the added Covid duties. Also keep in mind, there are fellow human beings wearing those scrubs, and they're working as hard as they can to help.”

“I traveled from Thomasville to Lexington to this CVS just for a gluten free item, that most all other stores have discontinued. The sales associate was so very helpful and made a note to reorder this item. She ask that I keep an eye out, and visit their store again, when the Walkers Gluten Free shortbread cookies come in. It is very hard for people with food allergies to find good items. Please think of us. thank you CVS”
“I’ve had trouble with another chain pharmacy not doing a good job of helping me get my prescriptions filled. I called this Walgreens on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to help me get a partial refill to get me through the next few days. Specifically, Kirby in the pharmacy. Kirby was kind, helpful, and has excellent customer service. Whomever his supervisor is needs to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves! I’ve switched my business to this pharmacy because of him.”
