They will bend over backwards to ensure you have what you need when you need it. They only reason the have 5 stars is Google won't let me give them 7.”
“They're Always great! They make a point to know you when you come in or even call. Every time I e called they know who it is (caller id I'm sure) but they're familiar with our families medication needs and always makes sure to have what we need and already have the authorizations started when needed and everything. The hours are sometimes inconvenient but it's worth the trade off. If ever I have an issue the pharmacist always goes to great links to fix it and make sure I've got what I need until the issue is fixed. Some of the girls who work with him are not as great as he is, like friendliness etc. I'm pretty sure it's all family run.”

“These people were a pleasure to work with. Barbara went above and beyond to help me get my prescriptions after my doctor sent them to a newly out of business pharmacy. My insurance wouldn't let CVS fill my prescriptions unless the "closed" pharmacy wired them to CVS, but because the pharmacy was closed, they couldn't wire my prescriptions. What a mess! Barbara took care of all of this mess quickly and efficiently. She was great and fixed everything for me. Within 3 hours, I had my prescriptions.”

“I want to give a shout out to a pharmacy tech, Makaela, when I called yesterday (11/4/2023) I was routed to the call center and the lady that I was originally was speaking to had an attitude from the beginning, told me that the profile didn't have any meds ever filled by Walgreens and after going around in circles with her she suddenly saw all the prescriptions that either had refills on them or were originally filled by Walgreens. Then she told me that she would do what she wanted to do because she can when it came to putting in a refill for a medication. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she actually transferred me to the store instead. Makaela was the one that answered the call and immediately was able to pull up the profile and see ALL medications that have been filled and/or had refills. She helped me get everything put in for refills that needed refilled as well as listen to me complain about the young lady that I spoke to at the call center. Makaela handled everything with a very professional attitude and even though it wasn't her that I had an issue with, she apologized several times on behalf of Walgreens and the pharmacy department. Makaela is definitely someone I will ask to speak with from this point on to take care of my pharmacy needs!! Thank you again Makaela, you rock!!”
