“The staff was super nice to me and very enthusiastic about lending me advice as a brand new gardener.

I wish they were open on Saturdays… their store is the largest piece of real estate on the strip and my visitors were SO excited when they saw the old, inviting shop… only for it to be closed all weekend + Mondays, which is typically the only day bank holidays fall on. So, unless I use PTO, I can never actually shop here unless I’m off work already.

I think if they opened at least for half the day on Saturdays, it would bring so much more charm to the strip - especially if you purchase plants and seedlings at the next door farmers market! It’s a real bummer for most of us who have to work Mon-Fri, 8-5, but Im happy they are successful nonetheless.”

“I wanted to share my experience recently with two very helpful and resourceful associates at Lowe's - Sycamore Commons location. Who went above and beyond to assist me with finding a cable clamp I needed to complete my project.

Those two associates are Dan and Bob P.

I was handed off firstly to Dan by a front door person. Dan was very knowledgable about the various Lowe's products that could be use for my application. He even suggested alternative product uses I hadn't even considered. So while I mauled over my new suggestions from Dan. He went ahead and warmly handed me off to Bob P. So that he could assist me with any additional questions while Dan assisted a different customer who was specifically sent to him for assistance.

Enter Bob P. - he was just as helpful and resourceful. He even tape measured and did some quick math calculations to get the circumference so that I could get the exact size needed. When we found that Lowe's did not carry the size I needed he on the web and located it and even identified places locally I could pick it up!

Most would say the days of this level of customer service is long gone. I found it in abundance at Lowe's Sycamore Commons location in Matthews, NC.
