“The staff at the Matthews location particularly Keren and Nancy are amazing, always friendly and polite. My biggest concern that has occurred in the last several months is all of a sudden after having my business checking account with them for over 10 years they now want to put a hold on my check. How am I supposed to meet payroll if they put a 10 day hold. Never has my business commission check ever bounced. My husband and I also have personal checking accounts with Skyla, there is always enough money to cover my commission check. We discussed with the then bank manager and a note was placed on my business checking to not place a hold on it. All was well until this past month went to go deposit my check unfortunately Keren and Nancy were busy with other customers. I went to some new lady who was very friendly however I noticed once I got home that a hold had been place that they only allow $300 of a check over 10,000 and a portion would be available on June 3 and the remainder on June 10. what is even more concerning was that she did not even indicate or tell me that a hold was being placed and had not checked my account online I would’ve never known and my payroll and everything else will bounce so now I have to go down there tomorrow morning on Monday and get this Situation fixed and have the hold removed and make sure that it does not to happen again.”
“Needed a medallion stamp. Natalia was so helpful. I needed some documents I didn’t have and she saved me a trip home and back.
Went to Mint Hill location for same thing and I didn’t receive any help at all. It was a Friday and they must have wanted to go home at 4pm.
When I need something else I’ll gladly drive the ten extra minutes to the Matthews branch.”
“I began banking with FNB in Mint Hill in 2015, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The bank manager, Melissa Fields, helped me get an auto loan even when the NC SECU would not approve me (SECU wouldnt count my children's SSI death benefits from their father as income, despite the fact that the minivan was for them lol! I have GREAT credit). I paid the loan off btw. The staff have also been there to help me with starting my own business, when I was going through an IRS audit, and when I underwent identify fraud. They always remember me by my first name when I walk in, and always respond quickly to my emails or phone calls. I have since moved from Mint Hill, but I still call them anytime I need help. They may be a big bank, but the employees at this branch are all fantastic.”

“Karen at this location is the most helpful person (she checked in to make sure I was happy with my products/options/advice), love the drive through options and it's weird to actually have a relationship at a bank. All of my other experiences have been virtual banking. Highly recommend.”
“Truist is Truist, a bank which has high turn over and fair to poor service . At least no one has died and sit at their dest for 4 days, and no one noticed like another bank . This bank has better service than most of the branches and even a smile from time to time . Been banking with them since they bought BBT .”
