“My wife and I were having problems with our Zelle app. We could not move money between our accounts. I decided to go to the Mint Hill branch to get it straightened out. I was greeted by Shahnaz Mubarak. She was very welcoming and went to work to get my Zelle app fixed. She was extremely patient this old guy who is technically challenged. Not only that, she helped my wife get her Zelle fixed over the phone even though she has an account with another bank. From now on, instead of trying to get help from the 800 number, I will be calling Ms. Mubarak. Thank you Shahnaz!
