“Everyone I've dealt with at OpenFiber (now called Ripple) were awesome. Addison came and installed the final connection into my wiring closet and the fiber network device and did an excellent job! The Service is very fast and reliable and I am 100% satisfied and confident that this service is just what's needed for WFH.4 months update - have not had a single outage since the installation. Connection is rock solid. Giant files download and upload quickly. i hardly think about my internet service now. Spectrum would go out periodically and i would have to go elsewhere to work at those times. My neighbor came to me the other day to check in about my satisfaction with openfiber/ripple and i gave it a thumbs up. I wish there were more than five stars in google ratings.”

“I just left this Verizon store and had to share my experience. I came in around 6:30 PM on a Saturday, right before closing, just to drop off a replacement phone—not to make a purchase. Despite that, I received absolutely top-notch service.

Anthony greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy, even though I came in last minute.

Gabe was also very helpful and made sure I was being taken care of, which I really appreciated.

It really meant a lot to be treated with such care and respect, especially when I wasn’t buying anything. That kind of service deserves recognition.

When it’s time for me to replace my phone, I will definitely be coming back to this location.

“Just visited this store to switch our Verizon phone service to Spectrum. We had a great experience with our specialist, Sarah Weeks. She was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. She answered our many questions, determined our best plan ($30./month, including taxes), switched our phones and we walked out the door in 25 minutes. Her boss, Matt was also in the store and agreed with us that Sarah rocks. I highly recommend 2 things...switch to Spectrum, and ask for Sarah.”
