There was a great deal of choice and tasty food and shopping locations.The personnel made a special effort to make sure we were comfortable and were very attentive. I found myself in an unexpected crisis when an electrical issue at my home left me with nowhere to stay late at night. I was stressed, exhausted, and unsure what I was going to do. Nikki answered my call and immediately became a calming presence during a very difficult situation. She helped me secure a room, made sure I had accommodations for every night I needed, and treated me with a level of kindness, compassion, and professionalism that I will never forget.

What stood out to me was that she wasn't just good at customer service, she was exceptional at her job. While managing the front desk and handling the responsibilities of the hotel overnight, she remained attentive, organized, and genuinely caring. She even took the time to write me a note explaining how to rebook if I needed to extend my stay.

In a world where great customer service can sometimes feel rare, Nikki reminded me what true hospitality looks like. She was understanding, empathetic, patient, and incredibly capable. During one of the most stressful moments I've experienced in recent years, she was genuinely the light at the end of the tunnel.

I've already shared my experience with hotel leadership and Choice Hotels because employees like Nikki deserve to be recognized. Based on my experience, she has all the qualities of a leader and would excel in a management role. The Matthews Comfort Inn is fortunate to have her, and any guest who has the opportunity to work with her is in excellent hands.

“This Econo Lodge Is a hidden gem. It's located in a nice part of town.Well, lit property and safety has never been a concern.My 4 times staying here over the last 2 years.I'm over the road trucker and I always stay here.It's affordable and clean. With awesome front desk staff”
