Sporting Goods in Matthews, NC

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience, and I especially want to recognize Ava for going above and beyond! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, helped us pick the right bike, and gave us excellent recommendations without making us feel rushed or pressured.

What really stood out was that Ava continued helping us even after we decided on the bike. She helped fix an issue with it and even filled the tires with air to make sure everything was ready to go. She genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.

Honestly, Ava is the reason we decided to buy the bike from this store. Her friendly attitude, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. We are extremely happy with our purchase and very grateful for her help. She is truly an outstanding employee and a huge asset to the store!

If you’re looking for a bike, ask for Ava — you won’t be disappointed!”

“Get my shirts done here all the time, very professional Serg is really good with the graphics, family owned, friendly environment. Strongly recommend this company”

“Literally the best service I’ve ever received from a business - let alone a big box store. The GM here, Shannon, may be the biggest advocate of customers I’ve ever encountered. There’s ZERO chance that I’d shop for sporting goods at another business. Shannon has brought the Ritz Carlton experience to Dicks. I literally had a coupon that wouldn’t work and Shannon spent 2-3 hours with me when it was all said and done until I was satisfied. Incredible! Thank you”
