“There are a lot of African food items and meats and fish. Well organized. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Plenty freezers with meat, fish, veggies, etc. I would recommend stopping by to stock up on African essentials for cooking.”

We purchased some chicken bacon which I highly recommend! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be a regular customer!”

“Well, my fiancé went to get gas there on her break from lunch and pump number one has a hole in the black line and as she was pumping gas, it’s literally pouring out out of it and I just hope that no fire starts nobody gets hurt or anything and I tried to call the number several times and I left a message but nobody will answer so I just wanted to try to help y’all out and let yall know”
“Food Lion on Golden Gate in Greensboro is very clean and well stocked and the only one I've been in with a self checkout and the customer service was the best.”

“I go here quite often, and they've got a fantastic variety of things. Food, drinks, snacks, lots of other things as well. A good variety of toiletries, things for your car, and tons more. Even though I personally don't use these things, they also have a large variety of smokes, and lottery tickets. Thier prices for gas is usually lower than most. The place is always clean as well.I do recommend coming here. A+ ??”
“This store is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals I have been too. Clerk was very nice. Store was clean and the aisles were clear of unstocked items. You could actually shop here and be a pleasant experience.”

“Staff has always been pretty friendly to me and the store is within walking distance of my home so the convenience is great. My only issue is the pricing of some items. Not so much the cost but the fact that there are little to no price stickers/labels on things in the store. This is a bit bothersome because I have to ask the price of each item at checkout. If they just labeled prices the store could be great.”
“I like food lion stores the one on market St and Florida street the I've been to most in Greensboro the one off North Elm St and Lawndale are freshly remodel and the produce section is great and the self checkout will be great it's similar to Walmart”
“I was having the hardest time on the app, website, and Instacart. So your employee named Leanne, shopped and brought my groceries to me! I was starving with no food, and I had no one that will help me! She is a SAINT!!! IDK what I would've done, if she didn't do that for me! She deserves a RAISE! I love her to death! “Dollar General was fine. Praying that people that are abled body would consider the HANDICAP and DISABLED. Yesterday she didn't have her walker.Good thing I was taking/driving a CRIPPLED PERSON and was able to park in front of the store so that she had easy access to enter the building.And she likes shopping there because there is room for to use a Shopping Cart for a walker and get the items she needed and maneuver around the store. “I want to thank and recognize sales associate,Jacob, for going above and beyond to assist me this morning with balloons. He took extra steps to inflate balloons with very cumbersome confetti inserts and I appreciate his efforts. He even retrieved a balloon that slipped out of my hands, from the ceiling. Truly an example of EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! He said this is not his regular store so I'm grateful he was there this morning to help me!!”
