Coming home after dark was extremely challenging. Upon their recommendation, I installed Alpha Rex LED headlights. Wow - what a difference! They made the process easy from quote to installation. “I called late Thursday evening hoping to get a wheel alignment before driving from Asheville to Ohio for the holiday. The lady who answered was very nice, but explained that she had been told not to book any more jobs prior to the holiday. I could hear in her voice that she wanted to help me. She offered to have me leave the car for a full day Friday, but I could not do that because it is my only transportation. I told her I could show up at sunrise if she could help me. She went to the boss and advocated for me and then told me to be there Friday morning at 8:00.

I arrived at 7:47 am and the door was open. The gentlemen who helped me was expecting me. By 8:10 am they had me on the alignment rack.

I read the negative reviews below and it does not sound like the same place. These people are nice, friendly, helpful, and prompt with a family environment. I was referred here by another tire store who said the alignment technician here was the guru of wheel alignments.
