“Honest, fair, and kind! We have brake issues with our 2001 Buick and Jeff came out to bleed the system for us. That didn't fix the issue, so he looked around and did research on the proper repair. He followed up same day with full notes and photos and let us know that it was something out of his scope of work. We very much appreciate the honesty and him truly trying to help us out with our situation. He will be our first call for any future car issues!”

“Mark provided a fantastic first time customer experience. I heard a terrible grating sound from my rear wheels. They got me in quickly, identified the issue, and resolved it. A rock from my gravel driveway was wedged against the rotor and could only be dislodged by removing the tire and getting behind the dust shield. Glad it was a simple fix! What really won me over was they did this for NO CHARGE, just the good faith request that the next time I need my vehicle serviced I'd come to Action Auto. Very classy. I'll see them next time!”

Having just delt with a horrible shop in locust for another issue that turned into 2 other issues that were purposely created, we were glad to find these guys.
