“Mark provided a fantastic first time customer experience. I heard a terrible grating sound from my rear wheels. They got me in quickly, identified the issue, and resolved it. A rock from my gravel driveway was wedged against the rotor and could only be dislodged by removing the tire and getting behind the dust shield. Glad it was a simple fix! What really won me over was they did this for NO CHARGE, just the good faith request that the next time I need my vehicle serviced I'd come to Action Auto. Very classy. I'll see them next time!”

“Been a customer here for many years, last week We bought 4 new tires and had a routine inspection completed in less than 30 minutes. Customer service was excellent and the store was stocked with complimentary water on that hot summer day as we enjoyed TV while we waited.

“Just had my Infiniti G25 alignment, front rotors resurfaced and fluids checked as I just passed 90,000 miles. They did an excellent job for an affordable price!
As many reviews mention they do not try to upsell products/services. I had asked if I needed new brake pads and they checked and indicated my brakes pads were fine.
Very pleased with every employee I encountered during my servicing and will definitely go back to them with any additional car needs! I have already recommended to my brother and son!”
“Only place I take my car , Josh and his father Perry have been working on my cars since 2012! Since Josh has taken the shop over, he has kept his dad’s great service and is def not known for overpricing labor or parts! Hands down best place for you to take your car , and if he can’t do it he will give you great recommendations for others who can”
“Older vehicle developed a metal on metal sound near muffler. These guys got our vehicle in, isolated problem to broken heat shield bracket and had this fixed like asap with very little cost. Having just delt with a horrible shop in locust for another issue that turned into 2 other issues that were purposely created, we were glad to find these guys. We will be giving this shop 1st call for all our future repairs.”

He gave a fair and reasonable quote which he stood by- much cheaper than the Toyota dealer. What I was amazed at it the level of honesty and integrity. They got me in 1 day earlier than my scheduled appointment and with the massive amounts of work they did to it, it was completed FAR earlier than anticipated. 2 days ahead of schedule to be precise. “I had been taking my car to another shop for several years and trusted them. The other place recently gave me a suspicious bill which contradicted things they had previously said about my car, so I decided to take my car somewhere else to get a second opinion. DM Motorsports said they could do the work for 4/5ths the price, and when they did a diagnostic they ended up replacing different parts than the other shop recommended. My car is now running better than I ever remembered. That other place was either incompetent or purposefully misdiagnossing issues. I definitely plan to go to DM Motorsports as my regular mechanic from now on.”
