“I walked-in to this office for my finger printing at 10:10 and left at 10:40. A nice friendly white lady met me at the entrance and quickly navigated me to their waiting area. After around 5-10 minutes a nice friendly black lady approached me. The process itself took only a couple of minutes.To sum up, my experiencevhere was extreamly positive.”

“Still super nice people. It is inside the pharmacy. And there's a great big sign outside that clearly says POST OFFICE next to the door of the pharmacy so you should be able to find it if you're in the correct parking lot. If you're in the food lion parking lot you might miss it.”

“I was helped by two employees. Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names. But my receipts said clerk 20. I haven’t received such service in a while now. The wait time was minimal to 3 minutes. And they were so patience with me because they were having issues with my finger tips The machine wouldn’t read them. But they were incessant until they got a great read. Thank you ladies I really appreciate your impeccable service.”

“I had excellent service here. Post that says "place is sketchy" makes me think that person isn't comfortable around working-class people! There is a 7-Eleven next door, but that establishment mainly had folks getting gas. Post officer greeted me when I walked in and was upfront about what stamps were available. She even helped me decide on stamps given that the ones I wanted, Edmonia Lewis, had sold out twice already. Also it is easy to access the parking lot from either side of the street. Did I mention that there was no lines?”

“I had an outstanding experience at this place. When I entered, there was no staff available at the window for service. Initially, I didn't notice the bell, but a kind gentleman helped me locate it and ring it. Then, Mr. Nicholas Bullock assisted me with my mail, which included two return shipments. He displayed exceptional patience, attentiveness, and guided me on how to track my forwarded and returned mails. Unfortunately, I forgot my physical cards today, and despite attempting to pay with Apple Pay more than three times, we encountered difficulties. However, Mr. Bullock diligently worked to find alternative payment solutions. Fortunately, another gentleman Mr. Makwana overheard my predicament and graciously offered to pay with his card, allowing me to transfer the amount to him using my phone. Their assistance truly made my day.”

“I'm a regular here. They offer standard post office services and are open on Saturday. The line can get long at times throughout the day, but the folks behind the counter are always prompt, helpful, and sincere in their interactions with people. I've not had a negative experience involving any of the postal workers in my 3+ years coming here. They have a self service option that is almost always open even when the line makes its way towards the entrance. They even took time to show me how to use it so that I could avoid the lines when possible. Recommended for postal services.”
