I called and it was past 6 when they closed: chris entered and he was a genuine, perfect employee over the phone.. diverted my anchor right away and let me know when would be a good time for both of us for me to come back and get the alignment fixed correctly.. 💖👍 a man named steve worked on my car, and he took his time and did everything incredibly correct.. at the end, they allowed me to come look at my car. Why are we still in the air from a distance and explained a lot of things that I would not have noticed... 🙏🙏💙

“Yesterday I had a sidewall tire puncture. The day was fast getting away from me. I threw the spare i on and headed over to Black‘s Tire and Auto. They literally had me back out the door in 15 minutes with a new, affordable tire. The tech double checked pressure and had me in my way. I tried to tip him for such acceptable service and he absolutely refused to take money (his word) for just doing his job. Great experience!”

“I really like this place, I’ve had to go two different times for nails in my tires. Instead of telling me I needed an appointment, they were able to take me right away. It was a short wait, I was just grateful they could patch my tire up within the hour. The best part, they didn’t scare me into thinking I needed new tires! You can tell it is family owned. “Had a great experience with Romo Auto Care and Carla. Took my truck in to have exhaust manifolds replaced with shorty headers and my muffler welded in. Service was fast and I felt good about the price I paid for the work done. Rusted bolts are common on my Ram 1500 and expensive to fix. Luckily I didn’t have any but she went above and beyond to send me pictures during the install. Very happy with Romo.”
