“I've been a regular at Lowe's Home Improvement and I'm always impressed by the range of products they offer. Whether you need simple nuts and bolts or something as big as a riding lawnmower, Lowe's has it all, neatly organized for easy shopping. Their extensive merchandise deserves applause. However, there's room for improvement. The $80 delivery fee, even on pricey items, feels a bit steep. Also, while the customer service is usually adequate (sometimes great, sometimes average), I believe a bit more attention and responsiveness could really elevate the shopping experience. Overall, Lowe's is a great place with just a couple of areas that, if improved, would make it exceptional.”

“This Lowe’s visit was outstanding! Me and my mom were looking for a lock, George came and Immediately helped us out. His customer service was amazing. He was very talkative and sweet, and as he walked us to the correct aisle he even made me and my mom laugh the whole way down! George even gave us a hug, and thanked us for coming to visit the store. Anytime I return, I’ll definitely be looking forward to speaking to my new friend George!!”
