“I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Monroe. Five and beyond stars for the staff. They were very kind and accommodating even though we checked in late. Room was very clean with a very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent.”
“Decent hotel, I’m working out of town and my company put us here.
The free breakfast is decent and the lady who prepares it is a real hoot.
Beds are decent, pillows kinda suck but not too bad.
Pool is decent good to relax in once in awhile, guest laundry is reasonable and works good.

“I would stay at this hotel again. We did have an issue with our non-smoking room smelling like 'smoke,' but were given an immediate upgrade without any issues. The room was clean and comfy with great water pressure, however the bathroom could use some major updating. Breakfast was the best. It was complete and the girl in charge kept the buffet well-stocked and cleaned during the entire breakfast hours.”

Rooms: Rooms are rooms grateful for the room. Better than being harassed at Hilton and better than being cold in my towed in car.
Nearby activities: I can't say on here but so much
Safety: They have like 10 million cameras and really do care about each guest safety.
Walkability: You can go any way you want to here
Food and drinks: Bo's, atrium cafe, food lizard or chinatown. Don't drink the fountain water

“Absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious (the suites are anyway) and very quiet. It's located in a great area near local shopping centers and is convenient to Charlotte.”
