“I recently started running consistently and wanted to make sure I didn’t further aggravate my 44 year-old back and knees. I’ve also always had discomfort and hotspots on my feet on runs over 3 miles. I was greeted by Joe who listened to my complaints. He thoroughly “walked” me through my foot scan and stride analysis. I had no idea how uneven my feet and gait were. Over more than an hour he patiently guided me through multiple combinations between a couple pairs of shoes, inserts, and even different lacing patterns. It was as if he was setting me up like an F1 car. I ended up split between two pairs of shoes so I just bought them both! I went for a quick 5k and even before break-in I noticed for the first time in my life I wasn’t sore. Do your health and feet a favor and visit them!”
