I stopped in to have a document notarized, but in a quick view, she noticed I had it formatted incorrectly. I was able to have the document corrected and emailed to her so it could still be done. That is customer service that so many businesses lack now a days. Thank you to her and the whole team at this location.”
“Great local credit union. Solid online banking considering the size of the organization. Highly recommend refinancing your auto loan with them. Just be sure to have them electronically draft payments from your other bank if that is how you want to operate. If you don’t and use bill pay, they have a habit of cashing checks later than your due date but not enough to impact your credit score.Bonus, they unironically use the meme “hide the pain Harold” as an actual stock photo”
