“Eric was very attentive and kind. He explained everything in detail and attended us from the moment we entered the store. We would come back with him again. We undoubtedly recommend it.”
“We came in today our sales guy was Jeff. He was phenomenal! Helped us with all of our questions and problems. Help us get the best deals possible. Explained AAA membership.”

“I went into the Verizon store on Chapel Hill Rd. across from Park West Village and worked with Denise. She spent hours with us as we had a very complicated situation. Not only that before our appointment the system in the store had gone down and she immediately notified us to make sure we didn’t come in for no reason and let us know as soon as the system came back up She was so kind and knowledgeable. I have been with Verizon for 21 years and almost always went to corporate stores. This will definitely be my homebase from now on, so grateful I stopped in.”
