“1st off, if I could give 10 stars I would! I meant to write this back in Nov, so it is long over-do. We took our RV, with engine issues, to Frog Pond in hopes of getting it repaired. Nobody, not even most Ford dealerships will work on Ford power-trains in RVs that have warranted Ford motors and chassis! The issue we were having was under a service bulletin from Ford, but not a recall. Cody was able to not only fix the problem with the ignition coils, spark plug wires and all spark plugs, he was able to get it done under warranty from Ford. He made of the calls to people he knew would be able to help and got this whole ordeal done, in under a week's time! Frog pond is not an RV repair place but they took to it like they work on them all the time! We were planning on going out of town for Thanksgiving and Cody knew time was short, but he and his crew pulled it off with 3 days to spare so we could get it back home and loaded up for the trip w/out any last minute stressing. “I brought my wife's 2015 Honda Civic Coupe to Fink's Unlimited to get some paint work done on the driver-side rear panel as well as refinish the hood since chips and rust spots were forming on the hood. The driver-side rear panel's paint was lifting up from the bare metal of the vehicle (go figure for a Honda).A coworker of mine referred me to Fink's saying they did great work so I scheduled an appointment with them and dropped the vehicle off. The ETA they provided was roughly 1 week, which I considered reasonable given how much work was needed to correct and blend the new paint with the rest of the vehicle.I was extremely surprised to receive a call from Fink's 2 days later saying the work was done and the car was ready for pickup. Upon inspecting the paint work on the previously-mentioned sections, I was hugely impressed with the quality. There are no discernable defects or issues with the sections that were painted and it looks new again. They also lifetime warranty the work they do. The photos attached to this review should give a pretty good idea for the before/after transformation.The quote I was provided was spot-on with the final pricing, and the ladies at the front desk were also extremely pleasant and friendly to talk to and work with through the process.Thank you Fink's Unlimited for restoring my wife's Civic and making it pleasant to drive again! “Brought the car in to have the ac compressor replaced as well as the drier and switch. They only replaced the compressor and said that’s what was causing our issues. We said okay, we’ll trust you. Next day, wouldn’t ya know it the issue was still there.Brought the car back and said please just replace the drier and switch like we want. They said okay, and still only fixed a leak that they found. Again we figured we’d trust their judgement. Wouldn’t ya know it, same issue again.Finally brought it back a third time and they did the drier and switch like asked on our first trip. Air works great now under all conditions. They do good work, just might have to deal with them a little to get what you want done.”
