“I'm a local, I came here to get a grill order for the family, The cashier was courteous, she greeted me immediately and pleasantly, then took my order. Another employee prepared my order of which I had ordered an "assortment" of hot dogs- everyone wanted something different. He quickly and carefully prepared them and bagged each order separately then labeled them, which was a big help. He thanked me nicely and said to have a good day. Cashier said the same as I left the store.The food smelled so good in the car and I couldn't wait to get home with my order.We all, kids included, enjoyed our hot dogs, they were fresh and delicious and it was easy to distinguish who each one belonged to! Nice job, Rose Mart employees, we will be back!”

There is one gentleman that is very helpful and I can’t remember his name. The rest need customer service education! Still I’ll give them a 5 star rating b/c I’m sure they need their jobs.”

“From out of town. Our children stepped out of the vehicle while fueling and restroom break and left our keys in the vehicle. The kind lady at the register got us someone to help out and quick. She got us back on the road in no time. Will always be back on our journeys just to say thanks!”
