“For my second time at 55 auto, I can say that I am pleased overall. This time was a routine oil change- they helped me coordinate with fidelity to claim warranty money, which was appreciated. Their inspection uncovered low tire treads and an unbalanced 4th tire. Given two options, I selected the cheaper option of tire replacement (all 4). The ride on my BMW was noisy and “off” before these upgrades, but I can gladly say the ride is super smooth now. No, you’re not going to pay less than $1000 for all these improvements anywhere, so gear up to open your pockets, but trust that the work being done is high quality. Returning customer…”

“I’m really almost speechless how amazing everyone was here. I heard air coming out of my tire when I had stopped and I just typed in “the closest tire shop” in Google Maps and lucked out finding this shop.
I pulled in and went inside getting a nice greeting and two gentleman immediately came out, filled my tire, and took it into a garage spot. The gentleman who plugged my tire was so nice and quick and the desk associate was very nice as well.
What could have ruined my day was a nice experience and even though this shop is 25 minutes from my home I will go out of my way to come here when I need tires.

He texted me throughout the major repair service I needed and kept in constant communication with updates and a completion timeline which exceeded my expections. Due to past poor experiences with other dealer service departments I started taking all my business vehicles to independent service shops. They couldnt handle a major repair I needed so I contacted the dealer I bought the vehicle from and Brian in the service dept came to the rescue. They repaired my vehicle quickly and provided a detailed invoice for everything done.
