“This post office, hands down, has the best customer service of any post office I've been to in the country. Nadirah is amazing!!! She was attentive, efficient, and had an excellent attitude. My fiancé and I came in with 22 large items to ship, which we understand can be stressful, and she did not hesitate to help us. Prior to coming to this location, we went to the Harrisburg location and were met with two very rude employees who had terrible attitudes and a lazy work ethic. Nadirah was a breath of fresh air for us and helped us through the process swiftly and with a smile on her face. Additionally, our items were being shipped to benefit the Alzheimer's Association, and help toward a great cause, which Nadirah and her coworker acknowledged. What a wonderful employee to have! This location is incredibly lucky to have the staff they do. Thank you so much for not only providing good customer service, but also helping us to help the Alzheimer's Association.”
“I work down the street so I go here a lot. Every time I’ve went they’ve been kind and fast. In and out. I have experienced frustration from customers but it’s mainly due to them filling things out or having to fix something. It’s no reason to take it out on the workers. I love their self service! Helps out when I am needing stamps past their hours.”
“This is my favorite post office in Charlotte because there's always free parking spaces and despite there only being 1-2 workers available to assist, I am always in and out. I'm never met with a poor attitude here!”

“Update: changed review from 1 to 4 stars. They have since updated the hours on the website. Thank you!They were listed as “open” online, but when I arrived, there was a small note written in pen that they are closed daily from 12-1 for lunch. I was in the parking lot for only 5 minutes and saw 4 other people walk in and immediately walk out. Please list this on your website if these are your hours.”
“Very quick and easy process. I don’t remember her name but a young lady with glasses and dreadlocks helped me and was very kind and efficient. I usually hate going to USPS but she help me have a great experience this go around”
“First impressions and customer service is everything at this location. Was greeted when I first walked in by Ms. Tonya and her assistants helped me get in and out using the machine (god sent) while on a lunch break, even had time to do a 5 minute survey. Will be coming this location again.”
“This is currently my favorite USPS in the area. Everyone working has always been very helpful, polite, and quick. I drive a little further just to go to this location since the two closest to me usually have really rude workers.”
“Had to come here since the nearest USPS to me had a line out of the building. This USPS had no line and helped people so fast, I saw several people walk in and out within minutes. The worker was very kind and friendly. Do be mindful though that they only take cash and cannot scan QR codes. Other than that, prepaid drop off and paying with cash work fine!”

“First time in this post office and it was totally empty. It was lunch hour and there was 1 worker upfront so I got help right away. The postal worker was very kind and informative with information on my package. I also bought 2 books of stamps (which was $29) and wow, prices are insane. It was a very easy process visiting today.
I will say that this is not the post office that delivers my mail.”
“Although this post office is woefully understaffed, the people are quite efficient and helpful. I had mistakenly sent a package to my old box that had been closed but Kay was able to intercept it for me. Thank you for a great experience!”
“Long line, but the woman who was working 8/4/25 just before closing was a jewel. I observed the attitudes of the people she had to serve, and all I can say is, bless your heart and patience.
Many of the folks, who were frustrated, due to their own ignorances, could be seen, taking it out on the employee, who was so patient in explaining the steps to each of those people. Whew… I just know you all don’t get paid enough to put up with some of the crap that you do, but THANK YOU in-spite of it all. Because someone has to do it, and just know, you are appreciated and seen! ❤️”
“There have been a few accountable staff members at this post office that have been faithful and then there are those that when they hit that time clock, ought to never return as they are ruining it for everybody else. STOP placing other customers mail in
my box and give me all the mail that has my name and or PO box number on it!! 22 years of paying for this box and you're still clownin.”
