“I was greeted when I walked in and asked where torque wrenches are. He told me the isle but I needed to be more specific because what wrench I was looking for was inch/lbs not ft/lbs. I happen to make my was up to the register and I saw what I was looking for right in front of the register. He told me it had a lifetime warranty so that's good. I used it the next day doing my valve covers and it worked perfectly. Would recommend it”

“I decided to use the pet wash yesterday it was well supplied and clean. During the time that I was there a couple came and used the station next to me. It was very upsetting to see how they created such a big mess, didn’t clean the dog hair off the brushes, left dog hair everywhere and placed the dirty towels in the trash. It’s a shame lack of common courtesy that some people have. Other than that I love shopping here and the customer service is always on point.”

“The store is clean and has ton of signage, which is very helpful for the non-contractors like myself. Lol I walked around in the Doors section for a while. No one stopped to help. I saw one guy near me, but I thought he was a customer. Turns out, he worked there. He walked off without saying a word. I saw him later helping someone else out. I got help from another guy, but once again, I was feet away from him. He didn't say a word. I had to say excuse me. What brought the stars up on my review was the painting department. He approached me to ask if I needed help. The paint specialist was so knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to me and got me what I needed for my project. I really appreciated his help. Everything he suggested was exactly what I needed. I really wish I got his name. He is really good at his job. The check out clerk was kind as well. She was quick and greeted me friendly. I'll try this location again.”
“I've rented a large variety of tools and equipment from this location over the years with no issues. Even had to bring a tool back that stopped working during my rental period and my rental fee was 100% refunded. However, knocking one star off due to an experience today. Let's just say, if you want to rent a flatbed truck, do not let them know you plan on towing with it. They won't let you rent it. Really tough to find a rental pickup to do a short distance local tow and this seemed like the best option until I told them this. Lesson learned, no small talk next time. Just get the keys and head out the door.”

“Timing 7:30am to 4:30pm don’t show up before 7:30am they start unloading when the area is clear around 9am you can see in the picture. You have to park on dock 1 which is blind back and i got unloaded in 20 minutes.”

“First if I could give them 10 stars I would! I am an average homeowner not the usual professional tree, or lawn company. Today 11/29/2023 I spoke with Dona on the phone she advised me they had a new bar and chain for my STIHL chainsaw in stock! (That I have been looking for)I purchased it, later that afternoon I went back because STIHL NOT anyone at STI had the chain part wrong! I spoke with Greg, Preston, Dona(who remembered my name 5 hours later), and two other employees (technicians sorry I forgot your names). Everyone in this store was so willing to help try and solve this manufacturers issue! After about an hour STI brilliant staff was able to figure out the part issue (bar/chain)..Thank you guys so much!You guys have a customer for life.Joe”

“I have two of their Liberty 712 hose reels. It is an outstanding product, and the only hose reel I have tried that has lasted this long (7 years and going strong). They both work just as well as when I bought them. However, I accidentally broke a component on one reel. I called to see if they offered that replacement part. Megan (apologies if I have an incorrect spelling) who answered the phone was VERY knowledgeable about their products. She was also very courteous. We talked through the options for repairs, and she knew the details of product design and assembly. It was a breath of fresh air to have a company rep answer the phone with that level of knowledge. She saved me grief and money. When one reel sprung a leak, I was able to buy an inexpensive O-ring and snap-ring replacement package. I love that this product is assembled in a way that I can maintain it when needed - that seems rare these days. Thanks!”

“Large inventory, they had my furnace blower motor in stock. Gave them the serial number and they looked it right up. Alexander was very helpful, gave me a few tips on wiring and installing. Price was very fair and much cheaper than buying online and waiting for it to be delivered.”
“This Home Depot store is a hidden gem, and I do mean hidden. I have been shopping at the Trader Joe's on Battleground for years and had no idea there was a Home Depot store behind it because there's no signage.
The store staff is professional and very helpful.
The story is clean and well laid out. They'll soon be stocking their Spring plants. I do encourage you to visit.
I went there to buy a washer for my bathroom sink plug and while I did not find it, the plumbing staff was very helpful and giving me alternatives.
I bought that plus a few other items and will visit again in a few weeks to get plants from my garden.”

“Found a shelf bracket on line that I liked for a project that was supposed to be in stock at my local Lowes Hardware. I went there & found only 1 out of the 4 that I needed. The cashier checked their inventory system & said another Lowes in a nearby town showed several in stock so I went there & did find the other 3 that I needed.
