“You know how we are always looking for "that person" who can be our go-to for specific things like electric, plumbing, painting, etc? Well, Triad Repairs Greensboro is where I now go for any of my tech repairs.Adam was super nice at handling my iPad battery replacement as soon as I walked in the door. He knows how to mult-task and be gracious at the same time. He and his helper were fixing iPhones right there in front of their customers (so cool to see). While he was fixing one, he was able to get my IPad in line so it would be done the next day. And so cheerful, fast, and lovely the whole time. He gets it that everyone needs their electronics asap, and he accomplishes this swift work while being a sweetheart. Plus- it only cost me $120, and that includes the new battery! Won't see that at the Apple Store. So happy to have found this business. This is my go to.”

“I recently received service for a broken lense on my iPhone, and I would highly recommend this place.The price was much lower than other stores providing the same service, and it was also fast. The owner was kind, knowledgeable, and the store was clean and organized.There is even a waiting area, with tons of great priced accessories as well as other devices for sale.I will definitely be back when Im ready to buy an iPad, as the prices were insanely competitive.”

He always encourages us to come back to find new products and helped us get on the best affordable plan the company has to offer. “This is literally the only company i go to, to get my phones serviced FAIR PRICES & IMMACULATE WORK. i’ve been going here for phone repairs since i was in like the 7th grade & now i’ve graduated high school & am a freshman in college. i literally just went there a few days ago to get the screen on my Product red iphone 8 plus. They’ve watched me grow and me the same i remember when i first started going there, i went to get the screen on my iphone 4 fixed they were a little slow but now i can promise u they’ll have your screen repaired in no more than 20 minutes. i wish them many more years of success business, they’re really the best in greensboro. 5 OUT OF 5 STARS DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!!!”

“There's a Starbucks inside this one. Target is one of those places where I can have some retail therapy. I love shopping for summer dresses and sandals. I needed hair products but I ended up with much more as usual. Thank God I have my red card to enjoy additional savings on some of the items. There's also an Ulta Dept at this location, but I don't think staff member was working during the hours I went. Cosmetics / beauty is something I need guidance with because there's a lot of options and I get overwhelmed. They also had one of my favorite rosé wines (Josh) on sale so I couldn't resist to grab a bottle.”

“Excellent customer service! Tank was very patient and helpful with us. My phone wasn't getting a signal, which seems to be happening with some older Samsung phones. He tried installing a different sim card first, but sadly my phone was toast. He helped me trade for a new phone, and he was so polite and patient with me and all my questions. He also helped my husband trade his old, clunky Motorola for a new one. And we walked out of there with an armful of goodies such as tote bags and hats. I already am loyal to T-mobile because of their support for the military, and Tank noticed my husband's Afghanistan Veteran hat and talked to him about his service. He was so respectful. Such a great store with great people!”
“I've tried to leave my red card at home to mitigate the unnecessary shopping... but I guess Target offers retail therapy along with me not having much self control when it comes to getting cute things I didn't know I need. I was supposed to get hair products yesterday but ended up with much more in my shopping basket. Place is organized, good selections of items. I love the summer dresses and cute shoes. Fitting rooms are available, I guess I get excited about it since Covid. Restrooms are always clean, and they have a Starbucks inside”

“We took my iPhone 7+ to the Genius Bar at the Apple store on Friendly. They were very nice and told me the logic board had crashed. They could fix for $349 but they recommended I upgrade the phone. We agreed and went to our local Verizon dealer, Russell Cellular Oak Ridge. Sarah Boggs was working and let me tell you, she is sweet as pie and really knows her stuff. With my "Go big or go home" attitude, I picked the iPhone 14 Pro Max in Deep Purple (hence the music by Deep Purple). She looked up my Verizon account and got me a great deal. She answered all of my questions and used my recent iCloud backup to load my new phone. It was seamless and painless! The phone comes with a cord but not the C outlet plug. She hooked me up with a combo pack that included the C a/c adaptor, a car adapter and an extra cord. I was ready to roll! I highly recommend Sarah and this location!”
