“Went to Verizon on New Garden today to speak to a Sales Rep regarding my plan and an additional number. We met Ron Estrada, who went above and beyond to help. I told him if at all possible, I did not want to increase the bill. He looked for discounts and we walked out with 2 new phones and an additional phone number for a very minimal increase in the bill. He even put on the new screen savers flawlessly! Ron, thanks for your help today. I appreciate your customer service and will definitely come see you in the future for any needs.”

“These young men, Ben and Griffin, have helped me so very much. I had lost my phone and they tried to help me find it. When I found it the phone I was having problems getting into it. These two men worked with me to get my phone where I can use it. Ben on Thursday and Friday and Griffin on Sunday. Ben was very patient and helpful. One of my clients uses Griffin and contacted Griffin and ask him to help me. If it hadn’t been for these two men I would not have been able to use my phone. They are great employees and I will be using either one of them in the future. I did come in on Saturday but Ben was not there and Griffith was busy. The person I saw was not helpful. Ben and Griffin deserve a great report. I thank them for their help, Judy Lloyd”
“I recommend !!! I took my phone to another shop to repair and was told I need to repair the Nand chip or whatever. Then after making calls I found this shop and brought my phone in for a free diagnostic. And within 30 mins of dropping my phone they called back saying they can fix it. And they did!! And best part is theyre very affordable. Staff is very knowledgeable and they sure know their phones.”

“I have had a difficult time this week with associates. Mid week, I traveled to Boost Mobile in Burlington. One associate transferred all my phone data to an upgrade. The next day, I returned to pick my new Motorola up. The female associate was kind and helpful at this point. On Saturday, I returned once again with an issue. She reset my new phone, wiping all my WiFi information. She didn't take the time to seriously fix the issue. Therefore, I traveled to Boost Mobile in Greensboro. The associate, Yuri, assisted me with the issue. She listened and fixed the issue completely!! So, anyone needing a good sales associate that really knows phones, go to Boost Mobile on W. Market! She left me smiling and I want Yuri to know that she eased all my issues! Everything was completely fixed because of her!”
