Captain's Landing Waterfront Inn offers a great and central location on Ocracoke Island, right on Silver Lake Harbor with beautiful and amazing views of the bay from its deck, balcony, and rooms. It is very comfortable, clean, and quiet, providing a peaceful and defining way to recharge. The feel is that of a small condo or apartment with spacious and accommodating rooms featuring fully equipped kitchens. The staff is extremely friendly and wonderful, providing quick responses and super easy check-in and check-out. It is very affordable and convenient to everything on the island, with excellent walkability to small shops, wonderful restaurants, the ferry landing, and other sights. Guests appreciate the off-street and roomy dedicated parking. The overall experience is perfect and will not disappoint, making it a loved spot for a return stay.
The most lovely hospitality! Miss Betty, could not have been kinder or more helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. The furnishings are old and maybe not quite as comfortable as you might wish but that won't keep us away. Great views, nice people.
