“Thank you supervisor KJ and the rest of the team for great customer service. You guys make shopping at Food Lion a wonderful and pleasant experience every time my mother and I shop at this particular store. We're always greeted with a smile upon entering the store and the first thing I always notice is the cleanliness. The shelves are always stocked neatly and in order. Employees are always courteous and willing to help with a smile. Almost every time we enter the store, I see an employee with a machine going up and down each aisle cleaning and shining the floor. There's always someone in produce and other parts of the store organizing and restocking shelves without interrupting any of the shoppers. This store, this location (Hope Mills) should be a prime example for every Food Lion in the world. In fact: every Food market should be this clean, courteous and friendly. Thank you KJ (supervisor) and employees for your kind and pleasant service, and a great place to shop. Mrs. Gregory and son Otis.”

“I think Harris Teeter has the BEST pharmacy in Fayetteville by far. No waiting, very helpful, nice, & can tell they want to help you. They are just great. All the other pharmacies in Fayetteville are rude, slow & not willing to explain things or care to help in any way.”

“Great customer service as I always see smiles and appreciate the dedication that is given to their store. If there is a product missing or something you would like they try their best to have in stock. When the store is about to close, they make sure that within the few last minutes we can purchase what we needed to the last closing hour. It’s very hard for me and my spouse to travel to the store, but when we get there, it’s worth the time and headache for our travel to and from.”

“Just one complaint. I was formerly a huge fan of Carlie C's deli options, especially their banana pudding. But recently someone decided to cut some corners & save a buck. & Now when you sit down to enjoy what you think is going to be some good ol' southern nanner puddin, you get this gross concoction of soggy, fully dissolved, cheapest vanilla wafers available, that fall apart to pure mush with zero texture when the spoon touches them. Booooo to whoever's idea it was to save a dollar like this. They can keep their 3rd rate (I hesitate to even call it this anymore) banana pudding. As a matter of fact, & maybe I'm just speaking for myself here, but I say either make it right or just stop it all together because you're embarrassing yourselves.
& I wont even get into the hard as rubber chicken chunks in the deli salad. COME ON PEOPLE GET IT TOGETHER! It's not too hard to keep customer morale up, but it's really easy to lower it”
“Talleywood is an old shopping center that has been completely renovated/reconstructed. Publix is the anchor with suites including an upscale nail salon and Crumble's Cookie Store. A brand new MiCasita being built as an outparcel. Great location on Raeford Rd with easy access to All-Americian freeway, Robeson St to Downtown and MLK business loop and easy access to Owen Dr and Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.”
“I will choose Food Lion over any other grocery store. Can't beat the rewards program and savings. The store is always changing, but usually for the better. Ways where it makes sense and is easier on the customers.”
“We've been gone for 15 years, California Ralph's, Albertsons NO More. Now, Food Lion is just around my newly purchased home. When I first arrived in 1995, I could not remember the name. I used to call it Lion King. Lol. My son and I are back, Food Lion, Harris Teater, Piggly Wiggly, and Base Commisary we are back.
Update. 12/1/24. Two months now, and this food lion is by far our favorite. Customer service is phenomenal. Cece, Crystal, Jessee, OTHERS, and even my Grocery connection Russel dog on never had I been to a grocery store with outstanding customer service.
Soon, very soon, I open My Barber on Yadkin, so I won't be coming here as often, but this is still our grocery store.
In closing, food market close to home for a single Dad. Check

“Today is a tough day! It makes 1 year since I’ve lost a close friend and I’ve been searching for balloons for her balloon release today and no other dollar generals would answer the phone but this one. Sharon searched HARD for me some purple balloons because she understood my pain. She couldn’t find purple balloons in the beginning but even kept searching after I told her I would settle for whatever. She got me RIGHT and she even said it when I seen her. I could see the happiness in her face from what she did and it has made me so happy on a day that I’m so broken. The littlest things matter, Sharon deserves the merriest Christmas and every blessing coming!”

The staff is friendly, and smiles when greeted, self service checkout moves well and operates great. In fact I love getting my receipts via email. There are other things that can be said, but hope this shares the spirit of satisfaction I have for Walmart Neighborhood Market.”

“I am aware that nobody goes to a farmers market for hot food, but their deli section is awesome. They have delicious fried chicken, really really good hamburger steaks (growing up as a kid I used to hate these because it was gray mystery meat, but these are nice pure beef steaks with an awesome caramelized sauce), and I really like how they make their green beans. Also if they have dinner rolls left you should get them because they are really soft and buttery and just generally delicious.”

“I usually never have problems here but,the past 2 months the pharmacy tech and the lady pharmacist have been giving me a hard time filling my prescription that I've had filled for years with no problem. The male pharmacist never gives me grief and 4 sum reason these 2 ladies act like they can't comprehend. I'll give one last chance my next refill and if they do it again,I'm gonna have to go over their head and deal with this cuz this is bs!!”
