“Mathew is professional, courtious, Friendly and over all Highly Knowledgeable in his mechanical, elecrical field.I took my car to Black Tires and after three long hours of wait, i been told by their manager that my car computer is not responding and have to be replaced in order to do inspection. I took my car keys back and driving around to see any other place for second opion. i saw Encore Automotive and think of giving a try, I was so depressed and let the man know about issue. He took a deep breath and ask me few questions. He took my key turn around went in his garage after fifteen min he came out and let me know that it's my battery and need to replace it with new one. He replaced the battery and did the inspection. I asked his name and writing this review to let everyone know if you guys need any car work done please visit his place in Smithfield.I will go back again for any repairs needed.Services: Electrical”

“I know when it comes to tire places.. there is an abundance in and around johnston county... but I've been coming to rockside in Smithfield for 6 yrs and have never had one single issue with them... the service is prompt.. pricing is competitive but fair.. and the service techs are knowledgeable and take care to not damage anything.. and im usually in and out in under 20 minutes. Great place. Great guys. Highly recommend”

“I highly recommend Cox Repair Service!!! My daughter I were traveling from Jacksonville, Florida to Westchester, New York. My personal car broke down on Keen Rd, Four Oaks, NC 27524 around 6AM in the morning. Ironically, the manager’s name is Lloyd and the service technician’s name is Lloyd. Both Lloyd’s are phenomenal. Lloyd towed my car to the shop, scanned it, and informed me my transmission must be replaced. However, he gave me a solution that enabled me to drive to New York without having to replace it immediately. Thank you Lloyd, for your prompt response, professionalism, expertise, and not taking advantage of the situation.
