“Can't say enough about how much I love this place. Even returning a product is simple and the staff is super helpful, very knowledgeable, and friendly. They are so helpful that when they don't carry something you need they offer excellent advice on places to locate it. The quality and price on their products are well balanced and you get a reliable tool at a reasonable price. Your tools don't have to say Craftsman or Snap-on to be good quality and affordable. You can buy an entire new set of really good sockets for less than trying to replace a couple lost sockets from those mentioned above. We travel the US full-time in an RV and Harbour Freight is a regular stop in almost every state.”

“I had a great experience here. I honestly didn't need anything except a restroom for my grandson. It was pouring down rain and wanted to wait a little bit in hope that the rain would slow down. So I looked around and found a cart full of discounted items. Surprisingly, they had chicken fodder seeds in there. I could add that to the sprouting mix I use for my chickens. They had about a dozen bags. I asked Mr. Forest how much for them. He said take them all for $10! Even though I can tell they've been there for a while, that was such a steal! He and the rest of the staff that day were all very nice, funny, and helpful. My chickens and I thank you!”

“was busy as it normally is but managed to get what I was after and on my way in a reasonable amount of time. Make sure if it's large or heavy you take along half cause help is harder to find there. Large orders are best delivered and easier on your back.”

“Admittedly they don't have the largest stock when you compare to other home stores in the area. But what they lack in inventory they more than make up for inconvenience as well as your niche product selection. As the only hardware store in Pinehurst they found a gap in coverage and they carry many products that aren't found anywhere else in the area. On top of that they are price is competitive with their competitors”
