I pulled right up to the bay and Carlos was there to help me Eric in service was awesome these guys were so nice and knowledgeable I got my tire replaced and waited in the truck and they were fast I didn't even get to settle in Carlos had that tire off so fast and even showed me it was a blowout. Bailey showed me I had two more punctures in my other tire and removed them as well these guys were awesome if you need tires for your rig in the Charlotte NC area go see the good people at PTC they will definitely get you right.”
