“I had a pretty good experience at this Bank of America location in Pineville. It’s one of the better managed bank branches in Charlotte.

I visited around 2:30pm for making a deposit, and I was helped promptly by the bank teller. He was kind and polite. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

A lot of parking is available outside. There’s a restroom available inside as well. I recommend this Bank of America branch.”

I came to Liz after another bank and loan officer dropped the ball...big time. My realtor talked to her colleagues and asked who the best person in the business was for the type of mortgage I was looking for and they all said Liz so she connected us.

Initially, Liz was helping us do research so that we didn't run into the same problem on another property while I decided what to do about the other bank and loan officer. She never pressured me to switch. Instead she understood my hesitation, informed me of what value she could add to the deal and was sure to let me know that she was here for me regardless of my decision. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and thorough that it became painstakingly clear who deserved my business and who did not. I made the switch to Liz.
