“I went in today (Sept 29th 2023) rather stressed out due to an exacting financial transaction needed for my family. I wasn't sure I had all the information I needed.Nyzha, an employee who was not working at the teller windows, but at a nearby desk, seemingly noticed my stressed out appearance and asked if I needed anything. After what was probably an overly long explanation, Nyzha proceeded to perform the entire transaction for me.This was a somewhat involved, multi-step process, and she made it look easy. Within fifteen or so minutes, I went from stressed and worried to having everything buttoned up and ready, perfectly, the first time. I am VERY thankful for Nyzha's help, and glad I dropped by the Pineville branch today.I experienced not 'just' top-notch customer service - I spoke to someone who was committed to "being a super cool human being", and my entire day feels better for it.My heartfelt thanks go out to NCSECU's Pineville branch, and Nyzha in particular. Thank you, thank you, thank you, so much for your time and professional, calm, awesome work.”

“I was at this branch on Monday for an issue with US Saving Bonds that I wanted to cash. Due to bank policy, which we realized is similar at other banks, I could not cash them, but Kyle was providing the best service he can.He was friendly and did not turn us right away but listened, tried to understand the problem and took the time to look for other solutions for us. Sometimes a business cannot provide a certain service, but what they always can do, is to give good customer service experience, which Kyle proved that day; which other banks did not hold up to.”

“Always helpful and always customer service driven - this big bank has had lots of bad press !!! And from what I read in the news and learned from television reports it is rightfully deserved- apparently they've got lots of scandals in their organization. But on a branch level - this reviewer will be handing out 5 big red stars for the customer service and personal attention you'll find at this location. If you follow my reviews you know I'm picky with bank customer service and support. The team at this branch has it down . You will always find plenty of associates available to help and all of them are eager and efficient. Several tellers (usually 3 or 4 ) are always working and move at a deliberate pace to handle the customers needs. The drive thru is also very quick and efficient and most days a minimum of two tellers are there to serve you. Carolina Place Wells Fargo gets two thumbs way up !”
