He was patient, kind and courteous as I spent about 45 minutes trying on several pairs of boots before finding the perfect pair (of course the most expensive too!). They had a big selection which was nice as I am rather picky and it’s hard to find shoes/boots for my lady hobbit feet. Kent was not a pushy annoying salesman which made my experience there comfortable and relaxed.”
