“MK was awesome! I was looking for a specific pair of Air Force 1’s for my husband and didn’t see them on display. She showed me how to work the in store mode on the app to make sure they have them in stock. She then proceeded to look in her system and realized they were in back but not unloaded by truck due to a future release date. She went out her way to find them for me to purchase. It was all effortless and seamless. Thanks to her my husband got his anniversary gift”
