“I am writing to share my highly positive experience at the Red Wing store in Pineville, NC. After ordering a couple of pairs of shoes online and struggling to find the correct fit, I visited the store for assistance.
Upon entering, I was immediately welcomed by a team member named Stephanie. She was incredibly helpful and eager to assist me in finding the right fit and the best shoes for my needs. Stephanie had me use an imaging machine to analyze my gait and determine my exact foot size. She then presented the best options based on my requirements.
Additionally, Stephanie recommended the correct inserts to address the way I walk on the outside of my foot. Thanks to her guidance and the combination of the new shoes and inserts, my foot pain has significantly subsided.
I highly recommend visiting the Pineville, NC Red Wing store to explore their selection and get your feet scanned by their knowledgeable shoe experts.”
“DXL is great place for fashion for big and tall men.They have everything from Shirts to suits to shoes plus accessories. The customer service is outstanding .In fact , they saw I needed to sit down and got me a chair.Another of staff offered to bring my car up to me. “WOW! What service! My husband wanted to take me out shopping for my birthday and I am so not a shopper and had no clue where to begin. I was greeted and treated like a queen by Lesslie(who was visiting from the concord location). She asked one simple question. What are you looking for? I had no clue. “I came in here with a friend with no intentions of making a purchase. However, I found a pair of Ariat Chelsea boots that I fell in love with. Jacob was so helpful in leading me to the perfect boot in terms of style and comfort. He went above and beyond to assist me. I was helped at purchase by the manager (Ken) who was patient with me explaining how to get rewards points on my next purchase even though it was nearing the end of his work day.
