“Went into lebo's to look at some boots and a hat and let me say the customer service and kindness was awesome. They fitted me for a hat and even though they didn't have my size in the boot, they called their other stores to see how soon they can get it or if the other stores had them in stock. They went above and beyond and I appreciate it. Thank you”

“i really like this location and think the employees are always kind and fair. it doesn’t make sense to leave a bad review just because they didn’t take your clothes. the whole purpose of platos closet is to go through items and CHOOSE what they’re able to resell. there’s no reason to feel upset or leave a negative review simply because they didn’t purchase your items. in my opinion.”
