“The location has many options and sizes for units. When I called their number, the representative made things very easy and the process to obtaining a unit was fast. The billing portion was simple, and they provided easy and clear instructions on how to go about entering/exiting. If you need something last minute, they can help you out. “I came to storage rentals of America so that they can take their insurance off and put mine on, Samantha the manager helped me and she was so knowledgeable, she knows exactly what she’s doing. Samantha also helped me when my key broke inside my lock and she came out after work hours, using a tool to break my old lock off . Overall, Samantha is a absolutely, wonderful manager. She saved the day for me.”

“Highly recommended for vehicle storage and climate controlled storage! I used the climate control storage facility to store my household items for nearly 10 years with zero issues. Many times I forgot my fob or forgot my combo and someone was always there to help! I kept my truck at their DMO approved storage facility for 5 1/2 years while serving overseas. My truck looked the same as the day I dropped it off! Tim took great care of my truck and his team sent additional updates for my piece of mind. Several times my auto-pay stopped and the team were ALWAYS helpful and never treated me badly even when i owed money. I always felt they care more about the peole than the money. “I didn't rent from here. Rented a car dolly from out of state and dropped off here as it was the only location to drop off in Jacksonville. Service people were excellent help. Help me steer the car, take down and unhitch the dolly from my truck. The restroom was clean. The store has pretty much everything you need for moving.”
