“I must say this review is long overdue! My mom and I visited Capital Appliances in Raleigh NC on Monday Sept 23rd 2024, after being referred from another friend. The Tech/Delivery/and Sales specialist named "Said" helped my mom and I pick out the best washer and dryer based our specific needs. Said had patience to answer our questions, even offered well educated advise to help us make the perfect purchase. The location is clean, lots of appliance inventory and unbeatable prices. Said helped us apply for credit within just a few minutes, and made sure to schedule a very reasonable delivery date. To follow through with the entire experience, the delivery was amazing! Said had great help for the delivery,setup and hookup! This was the easiest purchase and delivery my mom and I have ever experienced. They even made sure everything worked before leaving our home. “We replaced a 50 hp Hurtz boiler with a 60 hp Fulton. Billy and Russell lead a crew that started on Thursday afternoon and had it up and running Friday afternoon. They were extremely professional, took the time to explain its features and exceeded my expectations. We ran it in production on Sunday with absolutely no issues. Well done!”

I do not like the automated phone system trying its best to keep you on the automated phone system. When there is an issue, the customer needs to speak to a person.
The product is great and the order process was pretty smooth. It's Christmas time so the delay in shipment was kinda expected.”

“Been to Lowes never Home Depot. First time today. HD located at 9517 Strickland Rd. Had a plumbing problem with a Delta faucet. Lowes on Lynn Road was absolutely no help. So like any consumer, you don't want my business I go somewhere else. I looked up Home Depo and saw one is on Strickland not far from me. As soon as I asked for help I was greated by a Plumbing Specialist John. John is a proud Navy Vet served his Country during the Vietnam conflict. John is the Plumbing Specialist. You have a plumbing problem NO MATTER WHAT IT IS go see John, trust me ... John's the answer man who knows what needs to be done to correct your problem and if he can't fix it he'll send you in the right direction.”
