“Ciani was at the registers and all I can say is it was incredibly busy a couple days before Christmas and she kept everybody organized so well! I had to step out of line for something and so I sat and watched her for quite a while. I also loved that every single person who came in she greeted! I just feel like that kind of enthusiasm at 7:00 p.m. a couple days before Christmas deserves some recognition! I also appreciated the stores variety!”
“We were looking for dresses for a special family wedding. We went to the typical stores for this purpose. I found nothing that even came close to what I was looking for. I was beginning to think I wouldn't find anything close to what I wanted. Then we went to Dillard's. They have the best selection of dresses and gowns. Quite a variety to choose from, both long and short. Needless to say, I found at least 5 or 6 gowns to try and found just what I was looking for. The lady working in the department was kind and very helpful. It was a joy to find such great variety and help. Would definitely recommend Dillard's.”

When I was standing in line I thought I really wish I had a coupon. When I went to the register Jessica the team associate helped me to save 10% and to get a credit card that I use to continue to save money and get back money for purchases. I’m so grateful!!!”

“I've found many nice pieces of furniture here over the past 2 years. They have a great selection of most items. But some of the people who shopped there feel entitled and don't have the decency to let you share the aisles to shop even after saying excuse me. Be prepared for some very self entitled shoppers there at the North Hills location.”

“Overall pretty good store in my experience, and for real I bought a few Hawaiian shirts, and men's graphic tees in the past, and they were awesome. I bought a black PlayStation t shirt with chrome written on it. The variety of men's clothes are pretty good there, and I think that Marshall's can have more diverse clothing in my opinion. Can't wait to try some new t shirts next time I come to this beautiful place.”
“Steven provided an excellent in person consultation allowing me to try on shirts and pick the material that would be best for white shirts as well as place my design in the right location. All this time was spent for ordering just 1 shirt since they said they want to provide a great experience regardless of order size.”
“It's super hard to find a navy blue skirt these days. Belks at Crabtree Valley Mall had one in my size. The only one navy blue skirt in the entire store! Triangle Town Center didn't.”
“This Belk has an outlet store! 2nd floor is an original Belk. You have to park on the first level or go down the escalator in the main mall to get to the 1st floor of the store. First Floor is all outlet prices items. Almost identical to the upstairs store. Huge dress selection!”

The store is spotless, well organized & fully stocked - a rare find. And what really stood out was Douglas. “Embarassingly, I thought Belk went out of business years ago. My grandma had one of her first credit cards from the retailer. Although I don't often visit the store, I found some great deals online for Clinique products and fragrances. The curbside pickup was easy and quick. I wouldn't mind making similar purchases in the future.”
“I went in this store as a Shipt shopper and it was my first time In the area. Even though NC State is right across the street and they be busy as ever. The associate LANDIS!!! Is superb you hear me. I had a bit of an order and everytime I asked him a question he was so helpful and didn't bother to stop what he was doing to assist me. “Store has a ton of Doc Martens for about $50 and up. Lots of women's size 7 and a few men's 10s and 11s. None in my size unfortunately. However all their Halloween items are on clearance. I snagged some cauldron shaped salt and pepper shakers for .49 cents! They still had some halloween cookie jars, cake molds and blankets gets left.
Staff very friendly too. A good visit.”
“It's a small Target, same as all the other small Targets. As a middle-aged man, I find it to have a very limited selection. For me, it's much easier just to buy what you need at target.com since this Target doesn't usually have whatever it is. For example, they've got 150 different styles of insulated mugs, but only three styles of men's pants. They have 12 different types of dog food but only one style of men's long sleeve button-up shirt and the fit and fabric randomly change.”
“Really quaint store in the mall with lots of fun collectibles, puzzles, activities and DIY items. The little setups were so fantastic and everything was very reasonably priced. I walked in here and immediately was hit with so many ideas for gifts!! 100% will be back to stock up as Christmas gets closer”

I was waiting to pay at one of the computers and one of the workers arrived and said I'm sorry and I turned it off and I left things and I was angry because I had been waiting for hours to pay.
