“This was the first container I had ever bought and didn't know much about the product and procedures. Dani was very helpful answering questions and explaining things. My wife and I were even able to go to their lot and look at their inventory.
There was a hiccup on delivery day (flat-tire) but it was communicated to me early. These things happen, so no biggie. The driver, Mike, really took his time and helped me get the container set in the place I wanted.
Overall, communication was great, the phone was always picked up if I called. The product is as advertised and the delivery experience was great. Highly recommend!”

“I want to shout out Steven for being a great store manager! Every time I interact with him, he always super helpful, respectful, and pleasant. He really goes above and beyond for this location. I had an issue with my lock not working/opening even with the correct set of keys and needed to get into my unit urgently. He stopped what he was doing to come help me access my unit promptly and was super kind the entire time. He went out of his way to help a customer and I am SUPER grateful for him and his help. He absolutely deserves a raise! I will recommend this location to anyone/everyone I know that is looking for a storage unit. Thanks again Steven!!”

Came pretty late in the day pretty much right at closing time for the place to rent a storage unit, but this guy didn't seem mad or anything about someone coming in at the very last minute. He was willing to help me out and showed me some units that would work best for me. The dude never once tried to rush and get me out of there as quick as possible, he took his time to explain everything and I liked that. Overall, great place and great manager.”
“Outstanding experience! I called Austin and two days later he had a crew out moving my furniture. These guys were the best movers I’ve ever had and I spent 30 years in the military and moved A LOT! “Storage Unit is in climate controled building and was clean when I arrived. Parking access was available to unload a 20' UHaul Truck filled with furnature. The storage unit was some distance from the entrance but they have flat carts to help move things that will fit on them. Building access is via a door code with a key lock on each individual unit.”
