Venues & Event Spaces in Morrisville, NC

“The hotel is starting to show it's age a little bit. The air conditioner both on my floor and room were struggling to keep the area comfortable. However, the rooms were still fairly well kept and ice was plentiful. There is a full buffet breakfast offered but it is extra.”

“I use this shuttle to the airport and park at their facility. The staff is always friendly and engaging. I especially appreciate Reggie. He is one of the shuttle team. He makes the ride delightful. He is so very helpful with luggage and the doors. A big shout out to Reggie!”

“Hello,

we stayed at Hyatt Place Raleigh Durham for one night on September 4th while traveling from Germany. Our group consisted of nine people, including two families and two additional adults staying in separate rooms.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful during check-in. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she made a great first impression and deserves special recognition.

Everyone in our group was very happy with their assigned rooms. They were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long journey.

The hotel's location near the airport was perfect for our plans, as we were continuing our trip to the Outer Banks by rental car the next day.

Breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. There was a good variety of options, the coffee was excellent, and the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. What impressed us most was the outstanding service: the staff even made a fresh batch of pancakes for us after the original batter had run out. Thank you for going the extra mile!

We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Five stars!”
