“The fastest and best service to date. My wife and I bought our tires new from discount tire at 4400 Fayetteville Road. One of the reasons is because of the customer service is just absolutely top-notch. Today we had a tire rotation and balance scheduled for our 2011 Honda Odyssey. Our scheduled appointment was for 8:30 AM. I arrived two minutes late at 8:32 AM. They immediately pulled our van in. Our tires were balanced and rotated. I was in the van at 8:44 AM. 12 minutes is a new record in my book. You guys keep doing an exceptional job with your customer service. I felt like I was in a NASCAR pitstop. “I have used this shop for over a decade and only allow them to work on my cars. They are like family and always inform me about what my car needs before just throwing the parts on. All the mechanics are professional and have expertise at car repair. If anything goes wrong with a part or repair, they will stand behind it and fix what broke. I took my car to a dealership for an intermittent starting problem, and they couldn't figure it out. Don Lee's tire was able to figure out that it was the ignition switch. They are honest and do great work! Waited while they inspected my car, and my dog was welcome. They always do their best to accommodate my schedule.”

They ordered my tire since it is a more uncommon tire and it got delayed a few days but the worker attending me was super nice and got the same tire locally to give me my car back at the promised date!
