“Did a very good job. Windshield was replaced on 3/26/2012. Current no leaks. Did come out late for the appointment. Would recommend, don't hesitate if they are still in the windshield repair business.

Update 2025: Car is at 244,461 miles, no issues with the windshield, no leaks and no random cracks.

Update 2022: Windshield is as great as it was the day it was installed in 2012. No leaks l, no defects.

Update 2020: I still have this car with 210,000 miles on it and the windshield is still good. Still no leaks to this day and no sign of defects from the install.

“I came in for a free flat tire repair on my 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE53 AMG Coupe and left with a $200+ bill because of careless workmanship. The technician failed to properly secure my OEM wheel center cap after reinstalling the wheel, and it fell off before I even made it home. On top of that, the service sheet called for 39PSI pressure, yet my vehicle was returned with 49 PSI, forcing me to turn around and come back. These are basic details that should never be missed.

The employees were friendly, but attitude alone isn’t enough. People trust you with expensive vehicles and expect the work to be done correctly. A “free” repair isn’t free when a lack of attention to detail ends up costing the customer hundreds of dollars. I didn’t even bother calling because no one was going to recover my lost center cap or reimburse me for the replacement.

This experience completely destroyed my confidence in this location. If you bring your vehicle here, inspect everything before you drive away—wheel caps, tire pressures, lug bolts, everything. I made the mistake of trusting the workmanship.
