“Outstanding Service and Honest Guidance -
I had a great experience with Aramsco. I called after spraying a cleaning chemical on my carpet that could have been harmful to my cat, and they were incredibly kind and helpful from the start. When I arrived, the owner came out personally to walk me through what to use and what to avoid.

He told me I didn’t need any heavy shampoo, just a carpet rinse, and even showed me exactly how to apply it so I wouldn’t soak the carpet and risk mold. I really appreciated the honesty and clear explanations. They primarily serve professional carpet cleaners and crews, so I really appreciated how kind and patient they were with me as an individual consumer.

Everyone I spoke with was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me solve the problem the right way. Thanks to them, the situation is resolved and my cat is safe.

I can’t recommend Aramsco highly enough - fantastic people and exceptional service!”

“So, caveat, I would say I'm not sure the pie was worth $50 in this economy, delicious as it is, it's asking a lot of a pie.

That being said!!! If you like pie and the price doesn't bother you, it's a really damn tasty pie! The salesperson was also extremely passionate about the business and the flavors and it was just really refreshing - hoping for the best for yall!

“I am happy with the price on my Michelin tires. Scheduling was easy. Install was on time. Honestly, just no drama or issues. Got my tires 6 months ago. Just this week, I ran over a nail. Called in to get an appointment and that was no problem. Got in next day. Again, everything was on time. The repair was done with a patch and plug from the inside. Everything is good quality, no complaints. Repair was free. I would recommend this place. Costco tire shop always looks slammed. This one is busy but more chill. The guys dona good job.”

“I have been going to this location for almost 6 years now and the staff is always super friendly. Going out of their way to say hi since my face looks familiar. Just an overall friendly neighborly experience. Prior to covid, I would shop the business member hours and it was fantastic. The store is always extremely clean and organized. Every member seems to know their way around the store, so they're always willing to help you find something. The meat department is always very accommodating for whatever I need and willing to go the extra mile if I need something more specific. Wait times are never usually long to check out, so it is always a quick in and our experience.”

“As a long-time BJ’s customer, I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by the encounter I had with Daniel. What should have been a simple question regarding a microwave price match turned into one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I have had. I traveled 30 minutes to come to this location and I’m sorry I did because of Daniel.

Daniel was rude, condescending, dismissive, and visibly irritated from the start. His monotone, nonchalant attitude made it seem as though helping me was beneath him. He rolled his eyes, had an unpleasant demeanor, and came across as though he simply did not want to assist me. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt belittled and unwelcome.

What made this encounter even more troubling was the racial undertone I experienced in his treatment, tone, and demeanor toward me. The level of disrespect, dismissiveness, and attitude displayed felt deeply offensive and left me questioning whether I was being treated differently because of my race. No customer should ever leave a store feeling humiliated, dismissed, or uncomfortable after asking a basic question.

As someone who has supported BJ’s for years, this interaction was unacceptable and incredibly disheartening. Customer service should be rooted in professionalism and respect, regardless of who the customer is. Based on this experience, BJ’s seriously needs to evaluate how customers are being treated and who they place in team lead customer-facing roles.

If I could give zero or negative 1 million for my interaction with Daniel I would. Daniel gets negative stars.

After my unfortunate interaction with Daniel, I had the pleasure of being assisted by a true Wonderful Women named Jessica and April. They completely turned what started as a horrible experience into a genuinely positive one.

Jessica and April was kind, warm, personable, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment they stepped in, they made me feel valued as a customer and treated me with professionalism, care, and respect. Their customer service skills are exceptional, and they handled the situation with grace and empathy.

If Jessica and April are not already in a management or team lead role, they absolutely should be. These ladies embodies what great leadership and customer service should look like. Employees like Jessica and April are the reason customers return. These ladies are outstanding at customer retention and creating a welcoming environment.

Jessica and April are the sole reasons I would consider coming back to this location. Both ladies deserves recognition for the excellence they brings to their roles every single day.

“Update: After several attempts to reach a manager, one reached out via social media and followed up. We were able to speak with them on the phone and not only get our money back but an apology for the entire situation (how long it took to get it resolved and how many attempts it took to get a manager).

My husband and I have been sams clubs members for years and have loved it, however super disappointed in this store's customer service and management after shopping there. We visited the store on Dec 29th using scan and go, and mistakenly didn't grab our already paid for 24 pack of coronas ($29) from the shelf. Once we immediately noticed it (same day), we thought for sure it would not be a big deal considering the cameras they have (and the fact we were wearing unique nfl apparel sticking out like a sore thumb), but after several phone calls and leaving plenty of voicemail messages, we are still waiting for this to be resolved.

You would think after being a long time member since 2015, and paying at least 5k just last year in groceries, managers would have a little consideration and call us back, or refund us the money. We will continue to follow up, and update our review once this is resolved one way or another.”

““Incredible service at the Costco Tire Center! We arrived with a damaged sensor, no appointment, yet they kindly assisted us. We went at 6 p.m., and they closed at 7, but it wasn’t an issue. Plus, we had a tire leaking air, and they repaired it on the spot. Highly recommended!”
