We were immediately greeted by 2 employees in the electronic area with unbelievable knowledge about their products! We wish we could remember the young man’s name that approached us first, he and Brittani had excellent customer service skills! You just do not find that any where any more! “We picked up three pies the day before Thanksgiving, pumpkin, pecan and sweet potato. Surprisingly, there was no line, though the cheerful checker told us there had been when they opened a few hours before. Arriving later didn't hurt us; they were fully stocked up on everything.Taste-wise, the pumpkin and pecan were decent standard versions, but the sweet potato ROCKED! I loved that it wasn't too sweet and not overly spiced--the flavors of nutmeg and sweet potato came through.”

“Otr truck driver: nice place to deliver! Greeted with the offer of morning coffee! It's a little bit tight backing in. The guys had me unloaded under 30 minutes! There is some room to park over night if absolutely needed! Awesome place!”

“Costcos are all the same, sure. The aisles are wide, plenty of options, etc etc. We got a huge deal on a Sonos sound bar and speakers which is awesome. They were selling quick because of the early Black Friday deals. The staff here are really nice, too. It gets super busy on weekends but the lines move quickly compared to other costcos I've been to. Overall, it's a great Costco with nice employees.”

“While inside this store is humongous, and sometimes the store does get crowded which I understand. I used to go there to get my glasses fixed when I was 16, and the staff there was nice. I tried their pizza, and it wasn't really my type (no offense). Overall clean and nice store, and I'll give this place another try, and I'll add 5 stars to be fair. “I've been coming to this Sam's Club sometimes, and it's a pretty great store in my experience, because sometimes we shop there. The service there is polite. In the cafeteria sometimes their fountain drinks break, and the food there isn't that bad in my experience. Overall not a bad store.”

“I recommend This Sam’s Club because it had an adequate amount of stock and supplies. It constantly restocks when the shelves are bare if you need something and it wasn’t there when you went the previous day if they have it. Also. They have a great staff. They don’t mind assisting you in finding what you’re looking for or pointing you in the right direction to include walking you part of the way if not all of the way if necessary. Teal customer service. I really appreciate them!”

Would be 5 stats and it not been closed for "unforeseen circumstances" when I first got there, which complicated the process. “I would say typical big box bulk store. Prices are good for some items if you know what to look for, other items priced similar as regular stores. If you like to buy it in bulk, this is your place. Parking lot is wonky, lots of one way rows and seems to be hard to get around. Highly recommend skipping the long checkout lines by using the mobile app. Tie it to your payment option and self scan items as you put them in the cart, hot the checkout button when done.”

“Just wanted to thank Dennisis at the bakery at the Brier Creek location. I came in today and needed a large order of cupcakes for a party but didn’t have the 24 hour notice that was needed/required. She was so very kind and patient with me and talked me through an option that would work with what they had on hand/in the refrigerator for that day and also gave me suggestions on other locations to reach out to if needed. I’m so very grateful for her patience and amazing assistance! I will definitely be using them for my future cupcake/cake needs (but with 24 hours notice next time:).”
